A free open-source mobile dribbble browser
Because I wanted to look at sweet dribbble shots on my phone while waiting in line at the grocery store.
You already got it! There’s nothing to download, hooppps is a webapp. Just revisit this URL on your mobile browser and bookmark this baby!
**Not just for iPhones.
hooppps was made by Michael Parenteau & Relevance, Inc. It’s built on Rails 3 and uses the swish gem. The code is hosted on github and is ready for your design/dev love. hooppps is in no way affiliated with dribbble but is obviously a huge fan!

hahaha, damn, he is spinning way to fast. but the animation on the actual speed would have been 4MB big.
This is a render and grading test of my copcake character, i did it quite a while ago, since then he allready grew some arms and hands.

Pino Lamanna

I'd like to see some cartoon series with him, he needs a cop partner and a boss who will be represented by a fat donut.

MisterAO

still great!

@Mihai Marcuta WHAT? did you know the storyboards? one of the teammembers got them online somewhere. because: he has a partner (who is a hotdog) and the boss actually is a fat chocolate donut. ah found them: here are some early characterconcepts by my good friend and talented animator bianca meier: http://biancameier.blogspot.de/2012/04/food-characters.html
we actually had been a 5 people CG team under my lead, but the group broke up due to jobsituations and bills that have to be paid ;) so, the short died, before the project ever went into early production state. but i still do some work on it once in a while, cause i still like the concept, but a whole short will propably never be made, cause it's just too timeconsuming.
@MisterAO yeah, i didnt had the balls to put up a 4mb Gif, which would have been a nice paced speed. ;) thanks mate.

Wow that was a wild guess, sick imagination unites people together. This idea is indeed very awesome, I just checked the blog post and the rest of the characters are really interesting. You should try make a 2D cartoon out of it in order to settle a basic audience. I bet that if you give it a chance on youtube, it will become a hit in no time. Regarding sick imagination, if you're looking for a free scenarist then I am here. You could implement a SWAT team in your Police/Sheriff Deptartment - Spiced Waffles and Tacos.

@Mihai Marcuta haha yeah, would be great to make a trailer or something like that and try to get funded, i should talk about it with the old team. and thanks for the offer i'll keep you in mind, a free character rigger would be great too, anyone?

Timothy J. Reynolds
He looks nice. Fast, indeed but has some nice texture/shading. Love the cherry.

Boudewijn Danser
A new http://www.kickstarter.com/ project maybe? ;)
-
Juicefoozle
@Boudewijn Danser when they ever start to go international, maybe. but at the moment it's not possible from germany. what is a shame. and the german "kickstarter" copies suck assballs.
